House Rules – Baybreeze
We want all guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Please follow these simple house rules to help us maintain the property to a high standard for everyone.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00pm.
Check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Please ensure the property is vacated on time so the cleaning team can prepare the apartment for incoming guests.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number confirmed in your booking.
Unregistered guests or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior agreement.
No Parties or Events
The property is located in a residential building and is intended for quiet holiday stays.
Parties, gatherings or events are not permitted.
If excessive noise or disturbance occurs, guests may be asked to leave and the booking may be terminated without refund.
Respect for Neighbours
Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly between the hours of:
10:00pm and 8:00am
We kindly ask guests to be mindful of neighbours and other residents in the building.
Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
A charge of £15 per night per pet applies and includes bowls, blankets, treats and waste bags.
Guests bringing pets must ensure:
Pets are supervised at all times
Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas
Any pet waste is cleaned and disposed of properly
Pets do not cause damage or excessive noise
Any damage or additional cleaning required may result in additional charges.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.
If guests wish to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in additional cleaning charges.
Property Care
Please treat the apartment with care and respect.
Before departure we ask guests to:
Wash used dishes
Place rubbish in the appropriate bins
Turn off lights and appliances
Leave the property in a tidy condition
Damage or Breakages
Accidents happen, so please let us know if anything is damaged during your stay.
We may charge for repair or replacement if necessary.
Security and Safety
Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings during their stay.
Illegal Activities
Any illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Right to Refuse Stay
Baybreeze Properties Limited reserves the right to refuse or terminate a stay if guests fail to comply with the house rules.
