Baybreeze is a modern holiday apartment located in St Austell on the south coast of Cornwall, approximately 10 minutes off the A30. It is ideally positioned for exploring some of Cornwall’s most popular destinations including the Eden Project, Charlestown Harbour, Mevagissey, Fowey and the South West Coast Path. The apartment provides a comfortable base for guests wanting to explore the beaches, harbours and countryside of mid-Cornwall, but still only around 40 minutes to the north coast.

Baybreeze is located approximately 5-10 minutes by car from the Eden Project, making it an ideal place to stay for visitors planning to explore this world-famous attraction. There is a charge of £15 per night per pet, which is payable directly. This includes a small welcome pack for your pet including food and water bowls, blankets, poo bags and treats to help make their stay as comfortable as yours.

Yes. We have several that a very close by, either a 10 minute walk or minutes by car including a Tescos Express and Spa. Within a 5 minute drive there are Lidl, Aldi, a large Tescos with petrol station and a little further on there is an ASDA.
